ikr? It has some of the best metaphors she's ever written, and some of her most creative instrumentations.
It's not even that difficult to get into imo, it was way more accessible for me than Medúlla, for example (though Medúlla went on to become my 2nd favourite Björk album over the years)

Selmasongs is definitely worth a listen and a watch as well.
Especially I've seen it all and Cvalda.

It is one of her best lyrically and her vocal performances on the record are oustanding for example on Moon,Mutual Core or Solistice.And the production is amazing as well especially on Thunderbolt or again Mutual Core.It's not even that hard to get into imo. I see that complain all the time but for me Medúla and Vulnicura were much harder to get into and I loved Biophilia pretty much instantely
But I'm glad more people in the base love Biophilia

They all have alt. versions which are 10/10. IF you count TCS that's a 9, and Nattúra is 10 imo.

I felt like some of the themes from Vulnicura were definitely already visible in Biophilia, for example on Sacrifice and Mutual Core. Sonically I am not surprised that she worked with Arca but I wouldn't say it was predictable as a whole(she really never is)

Hmm sorta. I guess in retrospect, I think it was needed for her to move on from the grandiose themes she'd used in Volta and Biophilia for something much more relatable. But I agree with Lucas when it comes to songs like Mutual Core that act as a prelude to the Vulnicura era.
