My man parts were visible on a MRI sheet once, it was so embarrassing. I remember sitting with my mom and laughing because it was just projected onto the wall while we discussed my case with the doctor. It wasn't terribly obvious but you could definitely tell that it wasn't part of the bones.
how old were you? was it decent sized? did you dad have a face of envy?
