Well preorders are up in some countries and there's only a standard edition, so unless there's a Target edition then the answer is no editions, only standard.
"Is This Happiness" always appeared on iTunes when it was put up for pre-order, right? I guess she could be doing a no bonus tracks thing for this album. 14 songs is a fine amount, though. And it's only been a year since her last album.
