PLL has been the top show on ABC Family for 3 or 4 years now, I think? Can't the network fork over more money so we can get more jennA, noel kAhn, melissA, and lucAs?

I mean, I assume the useless noobs this season were cheap for having little worth whatsoever as actors and characters, but is the quality drag-down worth the savings?
