Yeah people should really start using spoiler tags, even for the littlest details. I personally want to see all the spoilers because it excites me having Gaga involved, but I can understand those that don't want spoilers.
It looks like something Elsa Mars would've worn. I actually like it. I hope she wears some designers, Versace, Balenciaga etc. Ryan did say designers have been coming out of the woodwork to create for her role.
If I were Gaga I'd refuse and dig out an old Versace rather than wear that.
