I was just listening to E=MC^2 album again, and heard the Ultrasound sounds at the start of Bye Bye, which also reminded me of the faint heartbeats at the end of One More Try, (which I think was a nod to her miscarriage in 2008, sort of fits in with the whole 'One More Try' of trying again for another child, perhaps).

Are there any other examples you guys can think of that have those kind of subtleties laced throughout the songs?

Just a little word of advice, it helps if the songs that you're mashing up have the same BPM, otherwise it's just going to sound messy, especially when vocals start and the undertrack is 2 seconds behind :/
