I absolutely hate dieting, but the results are my motivation. If anyone is looking to start on this "fitness" routine, make sure you're drinking A LOT of water.
This might be common knowledge, but drinking MORE water will tighten your skin and reduce dehydration. (Hence why an individual's face can look puppy after drinking alcohol). I carry around a 32 ounce water bottle everywhere I go so I can stay hydrated. I really don't think many people understand the importance of simply drinking water.
And ESPECIALLY stay away from sodas; more specifically the dark ones. All of the sugar contained in the drink will make the liver go into "overdrive" and then inevitably turn into fat. That's why you can't simply look at the amount of calories on the side of a box or can and assume the total "low" calorie amount is healthy. When you want to start eating healthy, it's best to look at the the amount of sugar on the label. I find it funny that SUGAR is the only ingredient that doesn't contain a percentage of the amount that it is in the item. (Go look in your fridge and you'll see.)
Again, all of this might be common knowledge but this is where a person would need to start if they want to get fit. (staying hydrated and staying away from fatty foods with specifically large amounts of sugar).
