The minotaur. A bigger waste than Twisty.
He looked so cheap and was gone in a swift 10 minutes. We didn't even see Fiona beheading him or more than 1,5 seconds in a scene without the hysterical cutting.

He was basically the main villain after Dandy and he was the reason why Maggy got there in the first place, got killed, why Ma Petite died, etc

Maggie was also a useless character. They both could've been not in the season and almost nothing would change.

Ma Petite wouldn't have died, thus Ethel wouldn't have accused Elsa of killing her,

Jimmy wouldn't have lost his hands.
Elsa also wouldn't have brang Bette and Dot to Dandy. (She brought them there, the minute they came back after a picnick with Stanley, she got even more jealous)
Also the twins wouldn't have been in the barn waiting for the doctor and finally making peace with each other.

But that scene added to the depth of the character by giving a background into Elsa's life and what she had endured and why she was so determined to become famous after what happened to her. Showing a scene with Fiona cutting off a minotaur's head would add nothing to her story nor the central plot line.

But don't you think if they add a very aggressive minotaur and make a big deal of it, they should atleast show how the most powerful witch defeats him?
She just appeared in the next scene as if nothing happened. It seemed lazy, to someone who didn't know she doesn't like filming gory stuff.

As for the teaser, stop taking it literally. They never show actual footage or looks in the teasers. That's not going to be her hand in the show.
