I tend to not pronounce my T's in multi syllable words, plus I tend to shorted works like probably in casual conversation (I say prolly).

Drives my students nuts when they talk to me outside of class. My accent kind of goes away when I am teaching.

I wonder if they could sense that we were American and that's why they were rude with us. Like we were walking down stairs, and a group of people were sitting in the way and even though they could see us they just ignored us and kept chatting. Luckily my french teacher was with us and asked them to move.
