Honeslty, this feels like over capacity, but not as severe. I'm pretty sure it isn't the first time "maintenance" was done on the server and there was a negative effect.

To be honest, this is by far the best this forum has been running.

But it is ancient. Which I think is why it tends to relapse. Like a 40 Year Old Virgin tea.
