Why does the server hate my IP?

Around 4-5 times a day it just simply refuses to connect. It would attempt to load for minutes before show a Google Chrome error page. I thought it would be fixed after today's update, but now it just brings me to a CloudFlare page that says the server is unreachable. I'm only able to connect once I hop on a VPN/Proxy

Unfortunately for the rest of us, he's just posting broken image links. Minus isn't working, but you can drag and drop the link or image into imgur and it will automatically re-upload for you.
