I still prefer TS3 over TS4. Something about TS4 is just not for me. LIVE for CAS though

@gloamingtheplain: You got good points, I didn't start appreciating that EP and bother going on vacation to explore tombs until I didn't know what to do next with my sim's family, I guess it depends on how different people feel about it. Get Together to me feels like they just kinda merge together elements from some Store items, the Business EP from Sims 2 and Ambitions from Sims 3 tbh, there's some new this and new that but that's it!. Sims 4 definitely has more potential than Sims 3 cause it's still fairly new and they're only starting to add some essentials stuff. I didn't really know about that glitch or if it's fixed yet cause so far I only play families with 2 gay sims max There was a time when I pose my sims and take pictures more than playing the actual game so gameplay was never a priority for me

Lmao. I think WA is designed for like taking one or two Sims anyway.

I still prefer Island Paradise over WA though, I just don't understand how it wasn't a Vacation Pack. Would have been so much more fun that way.

Idk, Get Together feels like a misstep, but apparently there is leaked content from 2013 that shows that this pack was already in the works, so I feel like EA are releasing it cos they have invested money into it. Even though they already know the community are over parties, which is probably why they released Get To Work first.

I feel like if they really tried, ts4 could still be the best game yet. I just think they will waste that potential by focusing more on monthly stuff packs :/

Actually, they are just re-using a world from the early stages of TS4, the EP is still unfinished.

The Sims 4 gets so boring so fast. I load up the game, play for about 2 hours and never play again for weeks. Hope the next few expansions bring something exciting to the game. Not here for this Get Together expansion, it looks meh. Can't wait to see what they do with Seasons and Pets.

I could play The Sims 3 for weeks and never get bored. Sometimes I miss it but i'm trying to get myself into The Sims 4. I even had a Tumblr for The Sims 3.

The Create-A-Style featured really slayed, no wonder so many people were bitter when they heard that EA won't bring it back for Sims 4. I could re-use so many old CC just by using it. My sims could go from looking like some fashion blogger to looking like a ratchet mess in minutes ala Keisha Fabo just by swapping the patterns and colors

I finally got my Sims 3 to run kind of smoothly with University and Pets removed. I'm currently playing and I've got 4 kids, a big ass house and several partnerships. The man is at the top of the police career and the female is swrving Van Gogh teas.

Does anyone know if those partnerships are inherited by the kids if the parents die even if they don't live together anymore?

I haven't bought TS4 for some reason...I feel like I'll be wasting my money. I have TS3 though but I barely play. I think I'll just wait for TS5. I feel like TS fell off in general.

Also why do we have to still pay for certain EP's seasons & pets should be added into the base game by now. Plus I'm still bitter about toddlers.They better bring toddlers back in TS5 and put certain EP's in the basic game. Growing from a newborn baby to a big ass walking child doesn't feel natural or realistic some of us are really into the family aspect of the game. I think they are taking advantage of the die hard Sims fans and their money.

They kinda admitted Sims 4 sales were kinda "slow" but @ the same blaming the low numbers on not having enough support yet cause it's still fairly new with not many EPs yet, some people hit back saying it sucked and lacked things that should be in it by now etc. Basically it's a mess and I'm glad I'm still sticking with Sims 3

I was already not feeling Sims 4 by the time I saw the art direction for it. Instead of going more hyper realistic like current trends, they went the minimalist road with the blocky and cartoon approach like an updated FreePlay game so it's their loss, saying they want it like that so it will go easier on people's computers is just pointless since most gamers already have a somewhat good rig nowadays to begin with
