I'm kinda hoping that she's not just in the first 8 episodes and then the last 5 without her but either way it's fine I guess.

Keep in mind that this season is supposed to be especially ensemble-based. I’m not surprised that Gaga will be left out of five episodes.
I wish she had more episodes but this makes it perfect for the Emmys tbh, she'll go supporting instead of lead and won't have to face the likes of Kerry Washington and Viola Davis.
What date would the 8th episode be? Is it before or after the break they go on before the new year? If before. that means her last episode will be in December, before the break, and won't come back once the show returns in the new year.
It's going to be hilarious but also annoying. Watch everyone caption those gifs like "Gaga after the ARTPOP era" or "Gaga when she saw G.U.Y's peak on the Hot 100" or some other dumb shady caption.
Yeah, I'm not sure she'll die. It could go many ways. Maybe she'll be there throughout the whole season but won't appear in some episodes (Out of town or stuff like that). Oh well, we'll see At least it's not some random cameo.

Yeah, that's what I thought. It would be kind of strange not to have Gags for the finale. Maybe they'll do something with her character during the mid-season finale. It's a perfect opportunity to end a character's storyline.

Last year Freak Shows 10th episode, Orphans, was the mid-season finale.
What I take away from what Brad is saying is that she's only available to shoot the time frame of 8 episodes. which means she will most likely appear in the first 8 and then after that won't see her anymore, unless she films little things not chronologically. Because it seems like in their contract 8 episodes is the deal, and after she does her 8, she'll be done. But then Ryan Murphy said shes going to do all her scenes at once, which means shes not gonna leave set, come back, shes doing 8 in a row. and then will be done. In my head I'm taking it as she'll be in the first 8, which I think i'd prefer if her story is tide up nicely, because I don't think I'd want her to just not appear in an episode, because shes away on a "vacation" or something..
At least it's not some random cameo.
