Radio, because they paid All About You dust, even though it was an awesome, radio friendly track and therefore forced the label to push back the album and start over with a different osund. RCA's fault because Sparks wasn't sent to pop radio.
Hilary wasn't lazy. She shot 3 videos, did multiple interviews and performed quite a lot in the first week. The fact that she cancelled a few things or ended the era quickly is not her fault. There's no potential in the era for her to work for.
Whoever gave the green light on the release of "Chasing the Sun." She had one shot to foster some interest in her return, and after that letdown nobody cared.
Her album is cute, though. I was pleasantly surprised!
