That is literally the only reference in Cece's time on the show that connects her & possibly Charles or Bethany.

You're clearly in denial. For me Wren was also a dream come true for many seasons and I wanted Julian to turn into creep halfway through the scene losing his accent but evidence is obvious and too strong. He's not A.
