I don't think Wary knows tbh. According to that site the moderators never revealed the name. They just hinted it out and said they will reveal it during the series or whatever.
There are going to be two red coats on the next episode. One is helping the girls, the other one is helping Charles. So the first one is obviously Mona. We saw a promo pic of her with the girls and her wearing the red coat. And the other one is probably Cece.
Also Marlene said some time ago that "Black Widow" is end game, so does that mean she is the one in charge and is using Cece and Charles as her dolls?
She better not be red coat
