Yep.
I agree with all except Don't let me be the last to know. I think it would have gone top 30. Remember it peaked at 112 or 119.
Because people were buying both singles and albums as singles had remixes and b side songs i don't think it would have lowered her sales by much.
In particular, OIDIA first week sales would be in tact if they just released the 12' vinyl before the album and waited 2 weeks after the album and when it hit #1 on pop radio to release the CD single and it would have hit #1.
Crazy for sure would have went #1 as it hit #1 on pop (at the time #9 peaks for pop songs at #1 on radio but no singles) because it actually had promo around it.
The sales for that stupid drive me crazy soundtrack would have gone to the single. I bought that entire soundtrack just for that ONE song

Mariah also has two Diamond albums but Soundscan only has them at like 7-8 million. RIAA counted club sales back then.

That's why Thriller has been 29x platinum for years despite selling 838k in 2010-2015 and even more the 2nd half of 2009...yet it remains 29x platinum because so many of the album shipments were in club stores that they counted back then.
I always knew about Mariah with her 7.5M album sales in pure going diamond.
This was partly why she was mad at Celine because celine actually sold 10M albums when certified and Tommy motolla was promoting celine more. it became a thing...eh
But that's another reason why Barbara's US sales and WW are questionable too.
It's a shame they stopped counting it when Britney became big
