would it be warnable if I promoted a Steven Universe specific forum for the SU fans?

Can we tell the admin to move up the size limit for Primary / Profile avatars to 50 kb?
Usually with every HQ photo every time you resize to 125 x 125 the size comes out to 41-45 kb which is just over the limit. Whoever set that limit that was petty. Thanks.
