Slovenia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro will definitely partecipate in the end imo. Croatia might too according to the page. The only one that's probably not is B&M, but it's not like I've ever liked their entries.

- Edyta Gorniak - 'Dotyk' (Poland 1994)
- Maja Blagdan - 'Sveta ljubav' (Croatia 1996)
- Anna Sahlene - 'It's Been a While' (Estonia 2002 but she's actually Swedish and represented Estonia bc no one wanted to)
- Sertab Erener - 'No Boundaries' (Turkey 2003)
- Marie Serneholt - 'Enjoy the Ride' (Sweden 2016 )
