I like ATRL and it's fun, but let's be honest. We aren't exactly the ultimate symbol of maturity or anything, I think any threads on God would get horribly messy really quickly.

Plus, as a Christian, it's kinda hard to have a really in depth conversation about "proving" him or whatever since... That's the entire point of faith. You can't PROVE it, if you could it's not faith. It's fact and anyone who thinks otherwise is both wrong and willfully stupid/ignorant. A "world is flat and the sun revolves around it!"-teas

That's my whole point, but it doesn't stop these threads from turning into "PROOF HE EXISTS!" "PROOF HE DOESN'T!" messes. Even the one that was just locked pmuch did and practically started that way

ATRL is just better at doing things like throwing shade and being fun than having these sorts of spiritual/intellectual/cultural/personal/etc. discussions most of the time.
