first of all its not a plus one, you are loses one card and gaining one, and why waste that when you can destroy your opponents?

I used to play vendor, it works when your lucky, but if not you just minus off it

(with fluffal angel i will play it tho cause the draw 2 + add one is too good)

Sis you use vendor cuz it allows you to Special Summon fluffals with effects and send to the grave useless cards OR cards that will activate their effects like Edge Imp Chain, etc.
