Stupid Taylor, she didn't go to college and do classes on intersectional feminism. Instead she wasted her time honing her songwriting skills. Now unlike the writer lecturing her on life choices, Taylor has so many awards in her chosen profession that she likely cannot remember exactly which awards are in which of her many mansions and the only way to check is to fly on her own private jet between them. She is on schedule to earn more than $100m this year and is getting hailed by Forbes and Time Magazine for her influence and leadership in her industy. Taylor has the opportunity to date Hollywood heartthrobs, talented musicians, plus boybanders Joe Jonas and Harry Styles. So who exactly made the smarter choices in life here? The person writing these thinkpieces or Taylor?
Taylor has never claimed to be an expert on feminism or race relations or indeed on Semidefinite Programming Based Preconditioning for More Robust Near-Separable Nonnegative Matrix Factorization! So those who are recognised as such experts, should not really hold it against her that she isn't.
She really pisses me off sometimes. But i guess she can not have cracks in her good girl image.
