Hm. Sort of. She's a legend in the sense that if you ask people to name important figures in pop culture (hypothetical situation, of course), Britney's is a name that is going to pop up. If she did a farewell tour, people would want to go. But then she's not really that respected by the GP, if you think about it. I don't know.
