It's interesting tho because someone drew that painting. Who do we know that draws? Bethany & Wren. I want to say the ally is a female, and Charles is the male.

I do think it's the real Charles. However, Charles himself is a red herring. A found out about him and is using him to his/her advantage, to mess with the gorls. He's not relevant in the long run.

I don't agree. I think Charles was wronged his whole life and it drove him crazy. He felt for Bethany. She was murdered, and the last bit of sanity he had was gone.

Okay if he isn't A, then what is this plan? Who is the tormentor and why? Because all these Cece and other theorists thought Charles was the why. Now that he is alive then what's the point.

This is a theory I did a month ago. It was just something at the top of my head, and I don't know but it seems to be going this route.

Keegan said the story of A is a "romantic kind of tragedy". I believe Wren is A. And Cece is sketchy as hell and a lot of people say she is A. So I tend to combine them in all my theories no matter which way I go with it.

What if Wren (Charles?) was in Radley. He fell in love with Cece. Cece died BUT she has a twin (the one we know and hate). Both Wren & Cece are A and out for revenge. This could be the show's twist on Ali & Nick being A together in the books. A little bit of me wants Bethany to be the twin of Cece (they lied about her age) and the girls killed Bethany? There goes your motivation. Wren hates his family for abandoning him, hates the Liars for killing his love, and Cece lost her sister in the process. We all know Cece hates the Liars & Ali. All Wren ever wanted was to be loved. He went from Ali? (if Beach Hottie. Weird i know) to Melissa to Spencer to Hanna to back to Spencer and that weird Varjak Aria connection. His feelings were never reciprocal. Spencer always loved Toby, Hanna loved Caleb, Ali was a **** of course, Aria loved Ezra, and Melissa never got over Ian. Like I said, this is not my #1 theory but I can see it happening.

Just rewatch 4x10 (The Mirror Has Three Faces). It kind of makes sense.

Do y'all really think they would SHOW Charles at the Prom like that? Those pics show A at prom in the black hoodie, I highly doubt that they would reveal who A is in those promotional pics. So I don't think that this Justin Fix person is A. I think he's just a person at prom with a mask who was hired to serve drinks and Ali is wandering around prom looking for A but is freaked out by this guy. And he probably talks to her too and says something creepy and what not.
