Oh my Goddddddd
One of my best friends just announced that she's pregnant. I can't even believe this is real. I've known this girl since we were babies, and just 5 years ago she was in 8th grade and I was a sophomore, and it literally feels like that was like 2 years ago. She's also the most pure/non sexual person I know. And she got married in December which was already so shocking, but now thinking that she's pregnant is just... I'm so happy for her, but at the same time it just feels so weird.

one of the weirdest parts of getting older is seeing people have kids and it's totally normal. People ask me if I have kids and my first reaction is to be surprised and say no I'm too young for kids but then I remember I'm 23 and I'm not too young

Well, in your defense, 23 is still quite young to have children. It's totally normal to have children before that, but I think in general, many people tend to wait until they have a steady career and income before having kids and that's usually not a given until at least like 25 I'd say.
