In response to their new video teaser (for White Lightning I believe).
I honestly hate when artists think they're the first to do something, like when Rihanna was shading Bey during the '4' era with the "Hard" flag and the album cover shade.

I don't get the shade. But I've also been half way following DB...so maybe I missed the point.
Nevermind, I get it now...just saw the video clip.
Oh well.
I mean, she did do it first. But who knows if Dawn posted that b/c of them. I mean DB released it on Snapchat...I doubt she (or anyone on her team) is following them. So she's probably not even aware.

She's aware... She's better than them anyway, I'm just shedding light on the inevitable shade between them.

When I saw the teaser, the most recent video to come to mind that used this effect was this video of Dawn's also. Had Dawn posted this video last week then it'd be only coincidence. She never posts old videos unless it's a TBT.
I can't believe this is actually happening. I've loved everything I've heard so far. I need to get my lacefront secure in place before they effortlessly snatch it off on Friday.
And I don't really consider Dawn posting that video clip on IG shade. And even if it was, I don't understand why. The music Dumblonde is putting out is a completely different sound than her material.
Nooooooooooooo. There were a few producers who called her out after the demise of DK3 for not paying them for their work on her albums. I think some pulled their songs as a result.

I think you're referring to Druski and Carla for Dawn's debut album
DK was on a label for DK3, so if someone wasn't paid...its the labels fault lol.
