Why? I disagree. She should release the video this week. So the song will (probably) rise. Then she can do all the promo she wants in order to give song longevity.
She shouldn't wait too much to release the video, since there's still a lot of people that bought her previous lead single in the very first weeks, and this time they haven't. So they still could buy it if the video is very good. In this case, given the "poor" sales so far, we could have a big video effect.
Waiting too long in this scenario is not ideal imo. It could have worked for HA, because the song did really really good in the first month and half, even without promo.
