These lineups are not final. They add performers later all the time and, as you can see, both GMA and Today have open performance slots (both also have the Friday before the VMA's unfilled). Plus, it is very unlikely that we'll get Selena's album before September so it would be a waste to perform before then with one new song.
I'm hoping the dark red updates are because it's the weekend. Last week it started heavily increasingly randomly on Sunday/Monday so hopefully it happens again.

The Spotify charts haven't been updated today but the song increased by 1,151,602 plays from yesterday to today (globally) which is slightly higher than yesterday's increase!
Happy this is doing so well on iTunes and on Spotify, it sucks that we have nothing to look forward to relating to this single though. I hope she announces a performance soon.
