in iOS 8.4 you have to go to the Settings --> Music and enable Explicit songs in order to buy & download,.....

We cant show radio that we're giving up on the song! I remember the days of requesting GYHAB & HA and those days where radio told us they didn't have permission to play MITUSA because HWR wanted to push Slow Down. Never call her new team a mess.....
