My payment was declined for the signed delixe CD, I'll not get it till Tuesday as Monday is a f**king bank holiday here ugh and my ESA payment will not come in until Friday

I just found a copy of it and it's 260 kbps, is that legit or is it just upconverted?
Also, I just bought the autographed copy and I'm so hyped to get it!
