Well, seeing as it is the best pop male album in last couple of years, I would say yes. (Not hard to be that considering how bad that category is currently, doe, but still.)
It's a really great modern pop album, there are some Daft Punk/Moroder influenced tracks such as future smash Someday and Disco-ball ready Unbreakable; two lyrically great ballads; DWUW/Style esque mid-tempo radio-ready bop Should've Gone Home. Then there's *amazing* inspirational hymn Kingdom In the Sky, which could totally work as some Bey track everyone acts like it cures cancer after she performs it @UN or smth.
Majority of the album has those anthemic heavy drums in it, a lots of organic instruments, too. Production is actually really good, US should take some notes, cuz that minimal 'real musak11!' trend needs to go.
Tracklist is a mess, tho, album could flow so much better with different order.
