But all of them (except maybe Gen III and VI) will be cut down? Unless you mean cut-down to be equal to the 2nd highest? in that case I say it will obviously be Gen 1, and 2nd highest will be Gen 2. I don't see Gen 5 having more than Elesa, and at a stretch Marlon in the T10.
So if Gen 2 keep 4:
Misty, Sabrina, Erika, Blue, Clair, Whitney, Jasmine, Morty, Elesa, Tate and Liza
(but you said one gen misses the top 10, and here 2 do so no)
If gen 2 keep 3:
Misty, Sabrina, Blue, Clair, Whitney, Jasmine, Tate and Liza, Winona, Elesa, Valerie
(if that's what you mean, this is probably my guess)
