1D is paid like 10% of their touring gross and per member it's like 2%.

Katy prefers independence and booked her arenas during CDT without help from a tour promotor. Once she has proven that she can tour arenas independently, AEG had to outbid LiveNation (Already boasting they can pay 3 to 4 times what artists/bands are already making.).

They must be into a terrible contract (well, duh). And this doesnt even exclude management fees, i wonder what is really left after both Simon Cowell and their allegedly aggressive management team take their share out of it
