Chili is also the Gym Leader at Striaton City. Busy place huh? Chili is more of a fringe character that lacks his own personality, you only get a few lines to get personality across (unless you do walls of text) and even less when it's split between three. He's a typical hot-headed dude but he's the best of the triplets #gingerpower but he still pretty basic doe.
Staryu has had enough, "This trio of poverty, no thank you", while Hug explains his 10: "Cilan his power". Yup, y'all ain't got much to say here. #oop
