Tbh every die hard Katy fan could watch the video on repeat all day every day and I'd be surprised if it added an extra 10k to the view count. There's no point begging people to watch it, it's all down to the GP.
I won't lie, I watch it occasionally. Every view counts, I guess. I think it's still possible at this stage. Either way, it should be at 1b in less than a fortnight.
