I hear it the most of the TD tracks. Wide Awake would be 2nd.
On Teenage Dream... I agree it's overrated. But it's also one of my favourite Katy songs, so I don't mind it being overrated too much. But it's definitely not her best song, not even her best single.
Tbh every die hard Katy fan could watch the video on repeat all day every day and I'd be surprised if it added an extra 10k to the view count. There's no point begging people to watch it, it's all down to the GP.
