Wrens dad had a mental disease so he could have grown up visiting his dad at Radley. Cece could have been a patient when she was younger and she escaped and changed her identity and dated Jason and befriended Alison so she could ultimately take them all down. Wren met Cece while he was in there and that's how he was introduced to Melissa because her and Cece knew each other. Ultimately they are all the A team. Bam.
Marlene tweeted something yesterday saying by episode 10 we'll know all of the A team. So obviously the reveal is going to be more than one person.
I still think MelissA is the one in charge, with Cece as Uber A

I think she spent some time in Radley and Wilden found out. She met there Charles or even before, as her family is connected to Ali's. I also think she was in the dollhouse last season, you can see some similarities in the video below
I still think Alison will die at the finale. Someone has too.

The only people confirmed right now are Spencer, Hanna, Aria, Emily, Mona, Mrs. Hastings, Toby, Travis, Jordan (new), Liam (new). TBH I don't see Alison dying since they are bringing Travis back.
