No, this is absolutely true. She's the Shania type of legend, with the exception that Shania was once more known worldwide. Her next album probably won't be as big, 4-5m WW tops. I mean, everyone has to face a significant decline once in their lifetime. If she still keeps selling more with each era, something would be mighty fishy.
