Ooh. I'll go by my tracklist order for this.
Trust No Bitch - Interesting track that definitely fits the sound and has potential. The demo is one of the rougher ones but it's kinda fun.
Alone With You - Pretty generic and a common topic. I like the melody and instrumental, and it has a great chorus. It's a pretty good one.
Two Steps Behind Me - I think we've all heard this one.
Back That Up (Do It) - This one is very Hard Candy. I think it's really good - it's rather repetetive and doesn't feel complete, but would have been great on the album if finished.
Take it Back - Another pretty Hard Candy style track. This one is sort of just there - nothing particularly remarkable, but not bad.
Take a Day - I actually kind of dislike this one, the only RH era track I don't enjoy much. It's just a lazy kind of song, but it hits the same spot for me as B-Day Song (though it's not nearly as horrific).
Score - Think GMAYL meets Gaga's Take Me Out, but with a less amazing chorus. Average but not terrible.
Never Let You Go -

I LOVE this song. It's in my top 4 for all 39. Same vein as Hold Tight and Inside Out - should have made it.
Nothing Lasts Forever - Another of my favorites. Reminds me of the Ray of Light era in several ways.
The other five are disposable for the most part - they're good, but I can definitely see why they weren't on the album. They're not quite up to the standard. Give them a listen - especially Heaven and Tragic Girl - but don't expect anything brilliant. Heaven is actually pretty good, I guess. Tragic Girl is the best of these; they're all easily better than some others I've listed like Score and Take a Day.
Special mention goes to the original S.E.X. demo, because it's sooo much better than the album version.
Verdict: Two Steps Behind Me, Back That Up, Never Let You Go, Nothing Lasts Forever, Heaven, and Tragic Girl could have made it to the album and even replaced some tracks that made it.
