Exactly. Hence why I like Grisaia no Kajitsu. I feel like it's different enough. The fanservice is also very tame.


I do feel like sex scenes - if done right - are fine if the show is mature enough. I mean, it happens in real life so acting like it doesn't exist in media would be childish. Thing is: it needs to have a function in the story, not some random sex scene as fanservice.

I stopped reading the FT manga again...but to hear an arc is going to focus on Laxus and his minions really makes me not want to pick it up at all. He is just not an interesting character to me in the slightest...especially his group. I'll just wait for the anime to get there in 3 years.

I would love if a different character to beat the main villain. It's boring seeing Natsu do it over and over.

The arc, and most likely the last one of the manga, won't focus on Laxus he's just part of the 10-ish members of FT that will go against the new villains.
