I have a gym membership, but never feel like going so I do cardio and bodyweight exercises at a local park. Typically, I run a mile for warmup, then sprint 10 sec, walk 10 sec around this park that has exercise stations located around, then I'll do like 3 sets of 10 pull-ups and then keep running around for 30 minutes or so, then I'll jog a half mile for cool down.
It's not as strenuous on my body as pure weight lifting, and I have the extra time for the first time in about three years to actually dedicate to working out well.
I also just bought this app called FitMenCook that has a bunch of recipes for weekly meal prep like I do. I'm looking forward to the spicy grilled chicken with stuffed avocado, the Mediterranean-inspired quinoa bowl, and the post-workout sweet potato brownies
