The scenes with Drogon looked a lil 90s tbh. I almost cringed. But I get that it's a TV show and not a movie, but compared to the whitewalker scenes... it was a lil disappointing visually.

The take-off was not very good but "Drogon" was truly flawless and realistic as ****
The CGI was as good as movies, if not better
Not reading the spoilers so I better run out of here before I accidentally do that but regarding the CGI, I kinda agree that the entrance of Drogon was a bit meh, but the closeup of him was so done amazingly. They should've used a wind tunnel for the take off but overall, for a tv show, it was really impressive IMO

I get that the point of it is to remind the audience of why Arya hates Meryn, but in that case, wouldn't it have made sense to show that clip LAST episode when Arya encountered Meryn?
