What ruined the momentum imo was the lack of A messages/scenes, Ezra & Shana reveals, and pointless new characters like Talia & Johnny. It's getting back to that classic PLL vibe tho.

Yep! I really believe 4A was the last good season, even though 4x24 is my favorite episode ever. 6x10 is about to be my new fave, though.
For me the show wasn't the same after we learned that Allie was alive. I loved the mystery around the night of her disappearance, the recordings of Melissa, her boyfriend and cop, Jena, Lucas. Now we only have this uber A who on top of that isn't that fun anymore. I miss the post credit scenes.
I was happy Ali was alive. I wish there was just a big reveal.
WAIT new clue about Cece's sketchiness. When they first meet her, when she mistook Aria for Hanna, she said something about "if you want to do a little free shopping, I'll turn the other cheek".
Hanna didn't start shoplifting until after Ali disappeared. Did Ali tell her this when they came in contact again? How would Ali know? Or did she already know this from her involvement with A?
Cece visited Mona in radley, where Mona split everything on the girls, which is how she knew Hanna shoplifted
(I'm not surprised about the outcome, just the leak, considering they're still shooting and you'd have thought they'd have been on top of their stuff after last seasons leaks)
