NNNN; someone in this thread said that the actor who plays Capheus can't act for ****. He's actually a really great actor. He's British in real life and for him to execute the Kenyan accent down to a T like that, is impressive, he's actually among the best actors on the show tbh.
As much as I love Lito, the acting is mediocre to bad. But he's better than the Indian actress Tina (?) at least. 
I really wanted Lito & Capheus in one scene together.. And although there has been no form of prejudice amongst the sensates, it would be interesting to see the Lito/Capheus dynamic.. Most african men do not tolerate homosexuality, so that would have made for an interesting storyline.
I think that's maybe the only flaw .. That the sensates are so open-minded and accepting, I know they're basically "one being", but their interactions feel so perfect and normal

i remember when i saw that chapeus actor being inteviewed. and shock that he has an English accent 
he is a good actor imo. and agree with your comment about lito, sometimes his acting a llittle bit had a cringeworthy moment
and yeah, i kinda agree with your thoughts. it's just too good to be true that all these 8 people accepting each other that fast ignoring their culture background. 
but i don't mind since if we have to watch the struggle until they accept each other, then the storyline will be more complex 
and i little bit forget, who else that haven't met each other beside lito and chapeus?

that was i what i was thinking when some people in this thread was saying he was a bad actor. He is a good actor he, portrayed his character perfectly or very close to perfect, he was at least very believable. i think he get the most hate in here because for some people in here he is the least relatable. i loved his character. the only bad/mediocre actor in this show is Lito actor, he was very cringeworthy at time. he seem like an amateur at time and his acting sometime made Leto look like a cheesy fake comedic character from those stupid comedies.
I don't think capheus will that indifferent to Lito, he seem like a very open guy and didn't seem religious, plus they all sort of share a brain in a way.
The reason why i thing they are so open and accepting with each other is because of there connection, because of there connection they can understand each other far better than most other people can. they get teach other. one of the reason why human are so mean and judgment to each other is because they often don't understand each other, relate to each other and poor connection. plus the creator of the shows say they are all pansexual anyway. i know the creators said they all pansexual, but some are are closer to one sexual orientation that others, i was curious if capheus was asexual or something, because of all 8 of them he seem the least sexual. Sun have admitted she had romantic relationship in the past but with capheus there are so no such indication.
This is a great show i don't understand it get the hate it get. i can't wait for the next season. i watch the whole show in 24 hours. i think critic should have watch the entire season before critting the show, a lot of netflix show are storyline are pace differently and are different then regular weekly shows. they have 8 lead actor, it take time to introduce all 8 character storyline and for something so complex it take time for each character to grow in such. especially sine the writer of the show was trying make us fall in love with every character, it is even hard and take a lot of time to fall in love with one character, now imagine trying to make the viewer to fall in love with 8 character. one of new favorite show.
Sun is the the definition of HBIC , she is so badass one of my fave. i am so in loved with will. wolfgang is also another bad bitch, i wonder how his character will developed next seasons. all 8 sense are awesome.

So i just finished the whole season.
I love the show.
My favorite character is Will and my least favorite is the indian girl. (I keep forgetting her name)

It's funny you brought that up.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
I don't think anyone in here mentioned it, but when Capheus was in his van waiting on the little girl to come out of school he was jerking off to some buff guy in one of his action films. And then when the girl arrived in the van, he jumped and put it up.
I was wondering if further down the storyline they would at least give us some details about his sexuality but they didn't.

She's relatable in some ways.
I'm religious just like her, and my family is about tradition just like hers.
But her storyline just seems boring to me.
The whole "i can't decide if i love my fiance or not" is a bit boring.

I can't get into this I'm a patient man but I couldn't make it past episode 3 . I will have to force myself to try getting through 2 more episodes this weekend.
The **** is soooo slow, and some of the dialogue is kind of funky.

I just saw that scene. He wasn't jerking off, he was getting aroused by watching Van Damme . And then he looks out the window, kind of freaked by it and goes back to watching it again. I think it was just to establish that even though all the sensates don't get the full sensation, they still feel some of the sensations the original sensate is feeling.

just finished it loved it but not sure about the ending, overall it's a great show, really well made and I lived pretty much all the characters which is rare.

I think he was just confused as to why he got so aroused, was it van damme being half naked on screen or the unexpected sexual pleasure he had just experience through the sensates... I definitely think there's more to the story.. Maybe he's gay or bisexual, and can't fully be his true self, due the homosexual stigma among Africans.. I really hope the writers shed some light on this a biT in season 2.

Riley + Kala (The hospital scene where Riley was unconscience doesn't count)
Wolfgang + Sun
Sun + Kala
Some sensates only met up for the orgy and never again, like Nomi & Wolfgang for example. Others met briefly through "swapping" locations like Sun + Lito and Will + Kala.

I'm really interest to see how the couples-dynamic in the cluster will change in season 2, if it does. The woman who was with Riley made it clear that its not a good idea to fall in love with someone in the cluster, I was glad to hear that, coz I didn't approve of the Willey + Kalagang thing anyway  they're better off helping each other than screwing each other (unless its a 6-or-8-way screw  )
