Killua, Leorio and Kurapika are all great characters. Gon is more flat, but he still has character development. I lowkey think he's supposed to serve as a foil by being a relatively stereotypical shōnen hero. The lightness of his character in comparison with the darkness of most of the series draws out interesting traits in the settings and other characters. He serves as a contrast for Killua, Kurapika and the Phantom Troupe most obviously.
I also think he's a subversion of the typical shōnen hero in a lot of ways. He's a headstrong, carefree protagonist with the power of friendship, but he's also rarely the true focus of the story. He serves as a plot device more than a character many times, and the show often highlights the fact that he's in way over his head.
The Hunter Exam arc, Zoldyck mini-arc, Greed Island arc and the final episodes are really the only ones that focuses on Gon as a character, and he shares the spotlight with the other three "main" characters. The Heaven's Arena arc focuses more on explaining nen. Yorknew City uses Gon as a pawn in a story about Kurapika and the Troupe. The Chimera Ants arc focuses on Gon only in regards to Neferpitou, and most of it is about various philosophical and existential questions. The 13th Hunter Chairman Election Arc uses Gon only as motivation for the other characters.
Gon's story is used as a framing device for the other stories, which by the end evolves into a more broad narrative on growing up and life in general. That's unlike a lot of shōnen where the hero is the main focus and the end-all, be-all of the entire plot. So, I like him for the purpose he serves, which is to bring the most out of the rest of the story. I don't think Gon was meant to be a strong standalone character like how most of the cast are.
Killua, Leorio, Kurapika and Biskie >>>. Meruem, the Royal Guards, the Chairman, the Zoldycks and the Phantom Troupe all slay, too.
Queen Pakunoda is actually my favorite character in the show, with Killua as a close second. Her development in the second half of the Yorknew City arc is amazing, and the monologue she gives at the very end is the cherry on top.
Her death scene and last words were so heartbreaking
, but she really made the arc for me. She took it from being a great arc to being a masterpiece.
One last thing if Karin is sarada's mother then she is part uzamaki
Which mean she is related to Naruto and Boruto
Like cousin
I do not tolerate incest

Kishimoto is a troll.
This is the same man that said that he planned Naruto x Hinata from the beginning but hardly had the girl in the manga at all and had to make a movie to give them development. This is the man that said Sakura loved Naruto but said Sakura would be a horrible woman to move on from Sasuke. This is the man that made Naruto declare his love for Sakura throughout the manga for it to only be retconned in movie as Naruto never ever loved Sakura. He only liked her because of his rivalry of Sasuke. This the man the made Naruto fall in love with hinata through genjutsu. This is the man that made Sasuke get off scott free from all of his crime. This is the man that made Karin still love a man that try to murderer her This is the man that made Sakura love a man who mentally abuse her yet she still ends up with him.
So believe me when I say that somehow this man will have no problem in letting Sarada and Bolt get together even if they are relatives.
note: All that information is from the interviews he gave btw.
I still don't believe it is Karin tho.
He's doing this for the drama. I bet it is was either Sasuke's or Sarada's umbilical cord
(if it is the latter i bet she was there at the birth or something)

Also Karin and Naruto are probably not even close relatives it woulnd't really be incest...

I thought it was that Alluka is biologically female, but the rest of her family refer to her as male because they see her as inhuman
based on the demon in possession of her
and basically it's another way of calling her "it".
