First off, the word "either" applies to two things, not three.
Two, R.Kelly is a child predator.
Three, the One in A Million album is more significant in R&B than any of Brandy's. That album made Timbo and Missy superstars and set the trend that was all over urban radio in the late 90s. Think DJ Mustard today.
Three, Sean Garrett isn't even on the Aaliyah album.
Bonus: Aaliyah was starting to branch out, write her own lyrics (including Enough Said), and have legitimate movies deals unlike LooksLikeAMandy.
