That's not what I meant at all but I can see why you'd misinterpret it. Most black people in the UK
were born there but still carry their culture and ethnic identity with them. The UK has not fully accepted POC so regardless of where you are born, you are often asked "where you are
from
?", so blacks and Asians more and more often identify with a country some have never even visited in their life
