EDIT: i just love how he shifted from a more folk-tone on his first album to a cleverly utilized synth-tone in his second, but really without losing the overall gist and both albums being parts of one whole, even with the little shift.
I know she's said Nate has one of the most beautiful voices (something she's also said about Dallas ) but I disagree with her.
I do not think there's anything special about his voice. In fact, it's quite annoying at times. So I'm happy she won't be in his album.
However, I do think she should work with Jeff Bhasker.
Yeah, I'm not a big fan of his voice either, it's too whiny. And don't get me started on his live vocal capabilities.
Jeff Bhasker has a very solid discography but his sound is too ... I don't know how to describe it, smooth, polished? It's just really nothing interesting in my opinion.

IMO it still is her best album to date, and my personal favorite album ever. but objectively speaking: it's an album with heart. it's like reading a book, all chapters tie in perfectly. and you don't get that with most albums nowadays.
