People wouldve dragged tidal because from the ways it's marketed, the reason it exists is to be "fair to the artists" by giving them more royalties or w/e. doing something like this would completely contradict its purpose

Apple is a business, its main purpose is to make as much profit as possible This is legal and apple music wasnt hyping itself to be some huge gift to hardworking musicians so idg what the caps lock "exposed!!!" title is for. Nobody will care. Apple music may flop but this wont be the reason

It actually isn't. Most music sells the most during release week and dwindles after. If you drop a song in July, and it's streamed for free, you are not getting that money back three months later, b/c the song is old. Plus you are losing out on sales at the same time.
