Actually, looking at in one way that's a good sign that they are considering Masquerade for an official single and not just a countdown track.
Out of all the iTunes countdowns, only two have actually made singles. You Belong With Me (Taylor) and Tonight (JBros). So I don't see it very likely for any of them to be singles, but it is possible.
